FlexSchedule + Reserve with Google: A Scheduling Game-Changer

It’s official. FlexSchedule now integrates with Reserve with Google! That means your patients can book appointments straight from Google Search or Google Maps, no extra steps, no confusion.

We’re giving your team more clarity and control with two updates that boost efficiency on the admin side:

  • Custom Questions in Online Scheduling - Add questions to your online booking flow to collect the info your team needs based on the appointment type. 
  • Allows them to make sure they're collecting all the right info for the appointment type without overburdening patients unnecessarily. 
  • Helps your team make sure the patient has a great experience with their appointment.

FlexVerification Report 

If you're enrolled in FlexVerification, you’ll now see a report listing all verifications: what’s complete and what needs review. It can be downloaded or printed for your team’s reference.

Missed Text Auto-Reply: Stay Connected Even When You're Closed*

Here’s how it works:

  • Automatic replies can be configured to send when patients text outside of your business hours or during special closures.
  • You control the message! Write one that fits your tone.
  • An automatic reply is only sent once every 12 hours per patient.
  • Easy to use with Flex Mobile (no interference if your team replies manually)
  • Works with operating hours set in Flex server settings.
