How has Flex influenced how your office operates with the unique challenges of a pediatric practice?
With a high volume of over 100 new patients a month, the digital integrated forms really take all the extra work out of manually inputting everything. Parents appreciate the digital form too. If you have ever tried to fill out forms while your small child runs around the waiting room, you know how difficult that can be! The pre-filled forms are great.
FlexSchedule has been a big hit with our patients as well. They choose from our available times, and just like that, they have an appointment. FlexSchedule frees up our front desk to do more without always being on the phone.
Pay statements being sent via text have increased patient payment compliance as well, and our biller loves that.
