The flexibility to complete necessary forms on either office-provided tablets or their personal mobile devices eliminates cumbersome paperwork and ensures a smooth process. Mango Deep Link in FlexMobile App: Streamlined Communication
We’ve enhanced the integration between Flex and Mango, streamlining communication and improving efficiency for users. With the new quick calls feature, a single tap on any phone number in Flex instantly launches the Mango app, automatically copying and pasting the number for immediate use.
Additionally, simplified copying allows users to long-press a phone number in FlexMobile to copy it directly, eliminating extra steps. These updates significantly reduce clicks, enhance user flow, and make managing patient communications faster and more convenient than ever.
Mango Schedule-Based Missed Call Text Messages: Personalized Messaging
We introduced a powerful new feature that empowers practices to deliver more personalized and timely communication with patients. Practices can now customize missed call text messages based on the date and time, tailoring texts to specific scenarios such as office hours, holidays, or special closures, providing patients with relevant information. This feature also helps practices enhance communication by notifying patients about open hours or providing critical after-hours emergency contact details.
Automated alerts can also simplify sending closure notifications for holidays or other scheduled events, keeping patients informed and reducing administrative workload.
APL Advanced Filters: Precision Patient Insights & Bulk Texting
The addition of advanced filters to patient search has made accessing critical information faster and more precise than ever. Users can now refine searches by applying a wide range of filters to pinpoint specific patients or groups, eliminating the need to comb through broad reports.
This enhancement allows practices to access data quickly, streamlining workflows and ensuring they can focus on delivering personalized patient care with efficiency and accuracy.
Once you’ve applied filters to create a list of patients based on specific criteria, you can send a bulk text message to quickly and efficiently communicate important information. This feature is ideal for reaching out to patients about scheduling changes, filling open appointments, or sharing critical updates.

- Provider Schedule Change Notification: Notify all patients scheduled for next week with a specific provider that the provider has changed. Example message they’d receive:

Now practices can seamlessly combine online booking details with Liine’s system, improving prospective patient lead tracking and management, and helping you make sure your practice doesn’t miss an opportunity.
Wisetack Integrated Patient Financing: Accessible Payment Options
The integration of Wisetack makes financing more accessible and convenient for patients, while simplifying payment processes for practices. Patients can now apply for financing directly from their treatment plan, enabling them to choose flexible payment options that suit their budget.
Practices receive payment upfront while Wisetack manages the patient’s monthly installments. This solution helps improve accessibility for patients, helping them afford essential treatments with less financial strain, ultimately enhancing patient satisfaction and practice revenue.
FlexSchedule in Spanish: Breaking Language Barriers
To enhance accessibility and inclusivity, we introduced new language features to better serve Spanish-speaking patients. With translation options, a simple “Español” button allows for automatic page translations, making it easier for patients to navigate and understand the interface.
