The platform automatically pulls the top 100 procedure codes to provide deeper analytics and actionable data for better decision-making. 

FlexVerification Pro instantly delivers information that is essential to simplify your billing like patient dental history, alternate benefit provisions, waiting periods, and more—all in one centralized hub. This powerful tool empowers practices to work smarter, saving time and enhancing accuracy.

Self Check-In Kiosk: Revolutionizing Patient Onboarding

Our Self Check-In Kiosk has redefined patient check-in by delivering a seamless, efficient, and flexible experience. Patients can enjoy the convenience of effortless check-ins upon arrival, minimizing wait times and enhancing their overall experience. The flexibility to complete necessary forms on either office-provided tablets or their personal mobile devices eliminates cumbersome paperwork and ensures a smooth process. For dental practice teams, this solution boosts efficiency by simplifying administrative workflows, freeing up time and resources to focus on patient care while maintaining a streamlined and professional front-office operation.


Mango Deep Link in FlexMobile App: Streamlined Communication

We’ve enhanced the integration between Flex and Mango, streamlining communication and improving efficiency for users. With the new quick calls feature, a single tap on any phone number in Flex instantly launches the Mango app, automatically copying and pasting the number for immediate use. 

Additionally, simplified copying allows users to long-press a phone number in FlexMobile to copy it directly, eliminating extra steps. These updates significantly reduce clicks, enhance user flow, and make managing patient communications faster and more convenient than ever.


Mango Schedule-Based Missed Call Text Messages: Personalized Messaging

We introduced a powerful new feature that empowers practices to deliver more personalized and timely communication with patients. Practices can now customize missed call text messages based on the date and time, tailoring texts to specific scenarios such as office hours, holidays, or special closures, providing patients with relevant information. This feature also helps practices enhance communication by notifying patients about open hours or providing critical after-hours emergency contact details. 

Automated alerts can also simplify sending closure notifications for holidays or other scheduled events, keeping patients informed and reducing administrative workload.


APL Advanced Filters: Precision Patient Insights & Bulk Texting

The addition of advanced filters to patient search has made accessing critical information faster and more precise than ever. Users can now refine searches by applying a wide range of filters to pinpoint specific patients or groups, eliminating the need to comb through broad reports. 

This enhancement allows practices to access data quickly, streamlining workflows and ensuring they can focus on delivering personalized patient care with efficiency and accuracy.

Once you’ve applied filters to create a list of patients based on specific criteria, you can send a bulk text message to quickly and efficiently communicate important information. This feature is ideal for reaching out to patients about scheduling changes, filling open appointments, or sharing critical updates.

Examples of Use Cases:

  1. Provider Schedule Change Notification: Notify all patients scheduled for next week with a specific provider that the provider has changed. Example message they’d receive:
    "Hello [Patient Name], your appointment scheduled with Dr. [Provider Name] has been updated to be with Dr. [New Provider Name]. Please contact our office at [Office Phone Number] if you have any questions."
  2. Filling Open Appointments: Use the bulk messaging feature to reach patients on the ASAP list with a specific procedure code to fill last-minute openings in your schedule. Example message they’d receive:
    "Hi [Patient Name], we have an opening this week for [Procedure]. Call us at [Office Phone Number] to reserve your spot!"
  3. Insurance Network Updates: Inform patients with a specific insurance carrier about changes to your network participation. Example message they’d receive:
    "Dear [Patient Name], we have an important update regarding our network participation with [Insurance Carrier]. Please contact us at [Office Phone Number] for more information."

Mass Statement Automation: Simplifying Billing Processes

To meet the growing demands of larger practices, we introduced automated statements, enabling users to schedule and send billing statements in bulk with ease. This feature streamlines the billing process, significantly reducing the manual effort required from administrative teams to collect on outstanding patient balances. 

By automating these tasks, practices can improve efficiency, save valuable time, accelerate collections and focus their resources on higher-priority responsibilities, ensuring a smoother and more effective billing workflow.


Nested Forms: Streamlining Documentation

Our innovative Nested Forms feature simplifies documentation processes and enhances efficiency for practices. With this feature, practices can separate PDFs automatically, ensuring specific patient forms are saved individually without the need for manual sorting. 

Additionally, the feature leverages conditional logic to dynamically display relevant forms, such as records release forms, based on specific criteria. This streamlines workflows, reduces administrative burden, and ensures patients only complete the forms they need, improving both accuracy and convenience.


Liine Integration: Unified Lead Management

The integration of FlexSchedule with Liine offers a unified solution for managing leads and bookings. This integration provides a centralized data platform, allowing all lead information to be displayed in a single, easy-to-navigate dashboard that lives in Liine. 

Now practices can seamlessly combine online booking details with Liine’s system, improving prospective patient lead tracking and management, and helping you make sure your practice doesn’t miss an opportunity. 


Wisetack Integrated Patient Financing: Accessible Payment Options

The integration of Wisetack makes financing more accessible and convenient for patients, while simplifying payment processes for practices. Patients can now apply for financing directly from their treatment plan, enabling them to choose flexible payment options that suit their budget. 

Practices receive payment upfront while Wisetack manages the patient’s monthly installments. This solution helps improve accessibility for patients, helping them afford essential treatments with less financial strain, ultimately enhancing patient satisfaction and practice revenue.


FlexSchedule in Spanish: Breaking Language Barriers

To enhance accessibility and inclusivity, we introduced new language features to better serve Spanish-speaking patients. With translation options, a simple “Español” button allows for automatic page translations, making it easier for patients to navigate and understand the interface. 

Additionally, practices can create customizable content, translating appointment types, questions, and messages to provide a more personalized and welcoming experience. These updates ensure that language is no barrier to delivering exceptional patient care.
